1. Final Sale Items: Please note that select items, such as swimwear, and sale items, are considered final sale unless you used the code BESTDAY10 for your first order discount. For customers who have used this code, the standard return policy below applies.

2. Standard Returns: Returns will be accepted for all other items within 14 days of the date of delivery.

1. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in pristine, unused condition, exactly as received, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags and labels.

2. Returned items should show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Our team will promptly review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a return or exchange authorization. Here's what you need to know:

For Returns:

- If you're returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For Exchanges:
